We all know the Story of Creation found in Genesis Chapter 1. But have we really explored the implications of God’s design and how wonderful it all is. God created a world that supports not just human life but all life. An interdependent world where everything is dependent upon everything else for survival. Just as we are dependent as Christians on one another to survive a changing and hostile world.
Today the very basis for our belief in God and his design and promise for Humanity is under attack. Satin has stepped up his aggression in our world to remove God from our lives. Should we be Surprised? No. True Christians should see this as the indication of the final days. However, as Paul has stated the “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” Christians need to become more active and seek to bring those lost back to the flock.
Trying to remove God from the equation so people will feel that this life is all there is and why worry about our souls is the devils goal. Our school leaders want to remove Creation from school curriculum and teach an unproven theory of Evolution, removing all reference to God. Our Government would remove Christian objects from public display, and indorse a fundamentally immoral sexual lifestyle, while at the same time limiting what can be stated at public Religious gatherings all in the name of civil rights. Our financial institutions deal now in greed and hostile collections practices that hurt rather than help the victims of the financial down turn, which these institutions caused in the first place. Now world financial banks are entertaining a new world banking system, which could lead to a new world Government.
A world of greed, hurt, sexual immorality, hostility, selfishness, and a people that have turned their backs on God. Sound like the final days to me as written in 2nd Timothy 3:1-9. Many of our well known evangelists have stated the same, Billy Graham, Chuck Swindall and David Jeremiah men who never cry wolf. The enemy is getting his wish, unless Christians start to show others what is happening. It all starts with our kids, teach them the basis of Christianity, and make God a focus of their lives, then Satin will have a harder time changing the World.
God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son Jesus to die on the cross for our salvation. Because of that love he has sent warning signs so his children can be on watch and prepared for his coming. We as Christians cannot stop what God has stated will come to pass, but we can help those who are lost find our Father in heaven and achieve Gods promise. Let us be on Guard the enemy is closing in and attacking anything Christian, but in the end God will prevail and those who looked to him and lived in his light will achieve eternal Life.
