Restoration

Why is it that man need restoration? What caused man to fall? God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth dwells not in temples made with hands but in man. We live in a time of affliction but it was not from the beginning of the Creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. From the beginning of the creation God made male and female. We were to praise God after Satan and one third of the heavenly angels were kicked out. Satan roams the earth to and from seeking whom he may devour with eny, jealousy, backbiting, lies and covetousness to wean them away from God.

God restored those that were evicted out of heaven with an earthly host of beings. We were of God, through God and to Him because all things were to be to God forever and ever bringing Him glory. Hebrews 11:3 through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. We have access to God Deuteronomy 4:7 for what nation is there so great who hath God so nigh unto them as the Lord our God is in all things that we call upon him for? Who is it that ascends into the hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in his holy place? Those that have clean hands and a pure heart shall be there. Them also who have not lifted up their soul to vanity nor sworn deceitfully. The Lord is here waiting for us to call on him, but we must call upon him in truth. When we ask God our petitions they should be plain, profitable and gracious.

Truth means that our actions are sincere and our character is of God’s standards consistently. As Deuteronomy 32:4 says all his ways are judgment. He is a God without iniquity. God is just and right. He is a God of truth and redeemed man. The Word of the Lord is right and all as long as they follow God and choose the ways of God; his works is done in truth. Mercy and truth are met together, righteousness and peace has kissed each other. Truth shall spring out of the earth and righteousness shall look down from heaven. The lips of truth shall be established forever. God did this for man. God’s truth will continue reigning in the heart of man as long as he follows God and choose the ways of God to do his commandments. God always redeem and restore man with truth when he repents. God shows us that which is noted in the Scripture of truth. God was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be truth. Man left God, God didn’t leave man at any time except when man sinned and would not repent. God gave mankind another chance to say yes.

John 1:14 and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth. This is the truth we are to hold on to; for man will lie, steal, kill, covet and cheat but Jesus said in St. John 8:32 and ye shall know the truth and the truth and the truth shall make you free. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. We should be reminded that it is He that has restored us to God by what he obeyed the father and did for us. When we will allow Jesus to come into our lives he brings guidance to our walk and truth in the life of the Christian. He prayed in St. John 17:17 that God would sanctify us through His truth for His Word is truth. Jesus sanctified himself for our sakes that we also might be sanctified through the truth.

To be restored man must first know the truth and accept it in their hearts. Once they have accepted God and his truth they must worship Him in that same truth, serve God in truth, rejoice in truth, speak truthfully one to another and bind it about the neck. This restored person is to meditate on God day and night. They take steps one at a time and write them on the tables of the heart. The fruit of the Spirit lies in the truth that man possesses. We are to speak, teach, and approve all things as it is written in the word of truth. They who speak show forth righteousness which is a delight to God. Truth is according to godliness, sanctifying, purifying and is a part of the Christian Armor and is revealed abundantly to saints. Truth abides continually with us.

When we have been restored the process of restoration continues in us every day. Jesus gave God his creation back once again. Jesus also gave man the opportunity to know God and trust in His love where we can exist in the earth and our existence can once again be used by God. Jesus restored us to our once spiritual state in the earth. We have been renewed and put back in the hands of God in our first state, holy, cleansed, sanctified, full of joy and peace and righteousness. Jesus is our restorer; He represents us before God, and reconstructed our relationship. Now we have the relationship God gave Adam for all of mankind and it’s up to us to keep the relationship reestablished and renewed. How do we do this? We are to keep sin out of our lives and God in our lives through obedience to God’s Word; all of it. Sin is a transgression of the law of God, disobedience to or violation of the divine commands; moral depravity; iniquity; wickedness, unrighteousness and ungodliness. Sin includes but is not limited to through neglect of known duties, all evil thoughts, words, acts, and all that is contrary to the Word of God.
