Once or twice each year i take time to reflect on my life to the time i realized God's favor upon my life. The goodness of His mercies make my soul jump with joy, knowing that what couldn't kill me then, will surely not be able to even touch me now.

Being a resident of this earth makes it even more difficult to perfect our faith in God, mostly due to the people around us; how they view God and how their own faith is perfected. I remember how Jesus Christ decided to shut out those who where laughing in disbelief, when he resurrected the daughter of the rulers son. He had to clear the space around him, for his own faith to qualify!

The fact that the other person's presence may affect your show of faith makes it a good thing for you to create some space between you and the world. What you see should not be what your eyes are looking at! What you feel should not be characterized by the emotions running within you!

That is why the apostle Paul says ,"as forsaken, yet not at all forsaken"! This is because we see beyond and above. We are viewers of a creator's point of view, not creation's point of view. We shape the environment; and it doesn't shape us. I believe in God!
