Flowing waterfalls of grace
Coming from my Savior's face,
Living water from above
Issues from His heart of love.

The cleansing water of His favor,
O such love is hard to savor!
When sin's guilt is lurking at the laver,
And my soul's resolve begins to waver.


The heaviness of night's dark sin,
Refuses to let the Son's light in.
How dark this path I travel on,
At times I feel all hope is gone.

With heavy heart my tear-stained eyes
Search the dark and cloudy skies,
For one ray of hope, a ray of gladness,
Breaking through this depth of sadness.

O rid me of this dark despair
My soul is in such disrepair.
Only a Savior's loving grace,
Can lead me from this sinful place.

O blessed Savior, help me rise,
And lift my praises to the skies.
That what I think and what I do
Will draw me closer,
Lord to You.
To desire Your will
and not my own,
That only good things
Might be sown.
