Ever so sad; I read a story today
In great disbelief I heard it say;
Of a little girl; Ebony born before
To parents who felt so ever sore

Born with a gift so lovingly rare
A gift from God for He did care
Autism the gift they couldn’t see
But only God, a handful and me

Send into the world we all have a task
Then God comes along; gently to ask
This little girl; so special I send you
With her Spirit to change all anew

In parents to be He’d hoped to love
As Jesus had on shoulder a dove
In this little girl so beautifully spun
Tragically no heart she had won

Her parents sentenced now by law
At my heart it eats into the core
How could anyone not see the gift?
Sent into our world only to drift

Passing away slowly each day
No loving would did anyone say
Ebony; just a tiny 7 in years
Heard God speak into her ears;

Be not afraid beautiful child of mine
I hear your call my Light will shine
I do love you and hear your call
Come to me child, be won and all

With your Father in heaven sit with me
Over those who defiled you I will see
That Justice be brought in your name
Of those who did this I return the same

In time God’s wrath will they feel;
For little Ebony, their heart was steel
Now with me I add a dress in wings
Little Ebony, now the Angel sings!

Rest in peace my little one
With Jesus you are now won
Upon His throne to shine like gold
Blessed be child to never grow old

To spare you pain I bought you a gain
Uplifted to heaven with God you reign
As you were when I sought thee
A gifted child; now eternally with Me.


This Poem is for a little girl with only the name; Ebony. Due to legal reasons this is the only name given in protecting other people. I read this story while waiting in a Drs. surgery recently.

About a little girl who passed away over 8 days in the most shocking story of abuse that anyone has ever heard. Unfed, untouched with love and care, in her own human waste and tears she was left to die whilst her parents continued to live their lives normally. Her room not entered into by anyone as she laid dying and talking (I believe), with God; “so 2 speak” with her as her Soul reached out to the Lord as I believe it would given my past experiences. We all, one and all, all ways cry out loud to God as our lives begin to see extreme adversary. Children are no different; they too, know even more than adults how easily God can be reached. Our Lord responds to every call, not all ways however, in the manner we expect. Many times God’s plans for us far exceed our limited human comprehension, but for those who believe in Him, do not doubt.

It is my belief that every child is a gift in helping everyone through them; to experience and share in their life for a benefit. We all come with a task, that God will ask we perform and grow not only physically, but also Spiritually in the hope we too may experience his love in eternal life.

Many might believe that this may have been a cruel injustice the things for this little girl to endure. However, in her room was a painting of a little girl with the Title: In Disgrace, with a dog at her feet. I saw this Spiritually, in God’s eyes and read it this way; In De’s (the i being replaced with an e and meaning “in the matter of”), Grace. With the DOG, reading Re;Verse says, GOD. Thus, given the painting I believe God was and still is all ways with this beautiful little girl Ebony, deprived of every human need in a shocking Revelation to the world. God seemingly had gifted this little autistic girl 7 years of life in the hope to change many lives. I have no doubt she did, she has changed mine and really I am a human stranger to her, yet a friend in Jesus to believe. I am thankful to the Lord, our God, for the beauty I can see in this shocking horror of human behaviour to one so gifted and for relieving her of her Post in life in just 7 years. Even her human name, EBONY seems to reflect her condition upon physical death, she weighed just 9kg.

I ask that anyone who reads my Poem dedicated to Ebony and associating narrative will Pray that no child will ever have to endure such human cruelty. If they do as humanity will inflict it, that they should live only a short time before Being uplifted to God, the Spirit of which they came to us.
