comes
in all shapes
and sizes
tangible and intangible
Uncle Abraham
let Lot decide
which side of the land
the barren
or the well-watered
Wise and generous
Abigail saves
David from staining his hands
with blood
of Nabal’s clan
A big hearted
child
shares his breakfast
to let Jesus
feed five thousand
Elliot is no mean man
when he gives
what he can’t keep
gains what he can’t lose
Missionaries
sacrifice
their life
and worldly goals
to serve the Lord
God is no man’s
debtor
He promises
to reward them
manifolds
The Good Shepherd
who sticks closer
than a friend
lay down His life willingly
for you and me
Isn’t the Father magnanimous
He sacrificed His only Son
to save us from sins
and reconcile o
us to Him
Give and it will be given
They will pour into your lap
a good measure—pressed down
shaken together, running over
with no space left for more
