we don’t have the same perception as Christ.
God sees our destiny as already done,
while we’re still worried about who we’ll become.
He sees us all equal and soon like His Son,
who completes what He’s started in everyone.
We were not created to be the same,
but to glorify God in Jesus’ name!
Still the battle continues to infuse,
leading all that allow it, becoming confused.
So, you see, we’re all equal. Yes, everyone!
We need to open our eyes to see what God has done.
God wants us to strive to be like His Son, Jesus,
not compare others as if they’re better than us.
If more people would turn to God’s Word,
they would see what He says about their worth.
That’s just one of the problems the world has today
and the One True answer is being tossed away!
Oftentimes the world’s view of equality becomes twisted,
thinking that God will make exceptions to what’s in it.
Once the thoughts and opinions of others take root,
those thoughts distort the image of the truth.
It distracts us from building a relationship with God,
and as a result, we’ve lost touch with His Son.
When Jesus came to this earth,
many decided His words had no worth.
They decided there was no equality in His teachings,
but they were not understanding what He was speaking.
Now the world has become so corrupt,
that some are easily swayed against God’s love.
The world today only cares about “me, myself, and I”
and as a result, they cannot seem to be wise.
Jesus, in His prayer to Father God, desires for us to all be One,
and to realize that we will, one day, be equal with His Son.
When you are striving to be equal with your brother,
in searching, you will lose more than each other.
The world needs to see things through God’s eyes,
but the enemy is an expert in disguise.
The standard of equality that is created today,
stems from the condition of the heart these days.
If we are all serving the One True God,
we will be equal here and abroad.
There is neither Jew nor Greek,
there is neither slave nor free,
there is neither male nor female;
for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:28 (NKJV)
