Since I came to the Lord in 1969 there were times in my life where I felt like giving up but, the Lord was Always right there. It is in those times His strength comes through. We may not always like or understand what's going on in our life but the more experiences we have gone through experiencing Gods' love, mercy, grace, and joy in Him because of who He is, we come through it and have more trust in Him and what He says in His word He will absolutely do. Our confidence in Him grows more and more along with receiving more revelation of Him and His Word. It's one day, one step at a time. That is our walk with the Lord. There's a couple scriptures that really have spoken to me. The first one is in Luke 22:31 when Jesus says to Peter; "Simon,Simon! satan wishes to sift (inward agitation to destroy our faith,potential and the plan God has for our lives) you as wheat but I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail and WHEN you have recovered,( you notice He said when not if) you in your turn must strengthen your brothers(sisters)" This tells us that whatever we go through in life will never be wasted but, will be of use to minister to others who are going through something we already have. The other one is when David was annointed king while he was a child. Yet, God knew the choices David would someday make: committing adultery and being the one responsible for murder later in life but, He Knew Davids' heart and He saw his end from his beginning. Also, of couse there's Jer. 29:11 which we all know !! " I know the plans I have for you which are for good and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. "Hallelujah! Let's rejoice and believe, remembering that no matter what we feel, what thoughts the enemy puts in our minds or what we see going on around us or against us remember this: God's Word is truth! That's what we believe. That is what we speak to our cicumstances! Speaking His Word in the authority of Jesus Christ our Lord. God is the author and the finisher of our faith.(Heb.12:2) NO weapon formed against us will prosper!(Isa. 54:17) It's all because of JESUS. We are in Him , He is in us and we are in the Father, Yahweh God!! We are in His Hands, which is the best place to be! And we have that wonderful awesome gift, His Holy Spirit!!! Praise Him and love Him Forever!!!!!!! What Love God has for us. He is ,truly ,all we need.
