The Father whispered in my ear
There is something I want you do
Something I want you to hear
I have revealed this secret through the years
Some have listened and applied
Others have been brought to tears
And set aside their hateful pride
When you think less about yourself
And more about what others need
Your life becomes a great success
And you will lose the need for greed
Look carefully around - then get off your chair
What do you see - what do your hear
Hurting people everywhere
Will it finally be more than you can bear
With outstretched arms and helping hands
Your life becomes much more cheerful
My love will then be known in many lands
And you will be a lot more grateful
Less of self - reduces stress
More of self - becomes a bore
If you want to be blessed
Less is always - so much more
