Topic: Walk (07/20/06)
The journey is long. Looks impossible ... until I recognize that He walks with me each step. No ordinary journey down a tree lined country road this! Life's walk is often through hills, valleys, mountains, streams, arid deserts and pleasing greenlands. Continual changes mean that I am never left bored or my senses dulled.

However when I consider the goal of my trek... it seems so far away and my heart groans with the weight of more climbing... pressing ever onward. It is only when I begin to remember that my focus is to be His face and comfort with me ... slowly I realize that one step at a time is all that is required. His strength is enough and He ensures that there are other travellers who will also share these steps with me.

I realize that I am taking "baby steps" and I am excited!

nice devotional piece.kind of makes ya think of us being christians that need to eat the meat of the word. Neat twist on Walk.
