How can this be,

a love that sets me free.

When He died and rose again,

on a hill named Calvary.

This man, you see is Jesus,

He is my new-found love.

He willingly redeemed me,

with His crimson blood.

This blood has paved the way for me,

it has washed me from my sins.

My past has been left behind,

along with what could have been.

The enemy may taunt me,

each and every day, but one

thing I know for sure:

Jesus is the only way!

He leads me to my Father's heart,

to be embraced by Him.

One day, I will be with Him and

my Father, too.

Evermore I will reign with them,

for I have nothing to lose!
