I'm hoping to eventually put together a book or two of my writings. I've already submitted a poem, but I also lean toward devotional writings, as well. It doesn't matter how harsh the truth is to me. I'm posting my writings so I can grow as a writer. I need to know what an editor has to say about it. Thank you for all your help. I will take anything you say, as constructive criticism.
What an awesome God we serve! One of the things He reminded me of this morning, is just how merciful and gracious He always is. Especially when times get rough. When we were less than 24 hours away from being homeless, God intervened and took care of everything.

The deposit ($200) towards our “new to us” home and transfer of electricity ($100+) was completely paid for! All we needed to pay was the first month's rent ($725)!

God did not stop there, though. My heart was breaking for our two pets, Tina (4 year old chihuahua) and Miss Kitty (our older Tabby cat). Arrangements had already been made for a pet sitter. A call came in, from our new landlord, regarding the pet deposit ($350/pet). She told me an "angel" had paid it in full! My heart, immediately, leaped for joy, as the heaviness was lifted off my shoulders! Thankful for what God had done for us! He does care about our pets! I will always remember His mercy and grace that He showed us that day!

None of us are perfect. Romans 3:23 tells us, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God;”, but Paul is led further to tell us in the next verse, “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” Wow! What kind of Father does that? Our Earthly fathers will never be (no offense guys) as understanding, merciful and gracious as our Heavenly Father.

I, personally, don't know of anyone else as forgiving as my Heavenly Father is!

No matter how bad I've been in the past, present or future. . .He still loves me!

My trials and tribulations are only temporary here on Earth! Ya
