I found an undated letter I wrote to my great grandmother that was not inside an envelope and forgetful me didn't put a date on the letter. Judging by the handwriting I'd have to guess this letter was written in 1969 and the fact that I said I saw the Disney film 101 Dalmations. I was around ten or eleven. I saw a lot of Disney films during this time and read several Disney stories. NOTE: The spelling and format is pretty much the way you see it in this letter. My handwriting seemed to be improving but my punctuation and grammar was obviously lacking.

Dear Grandma

I love you very much.
I left grandma vadas house
Thursday. I was going to stay
at her house because she wanted
me to. I said no because I
wanted to be home But then
I said yes and Jeri said make
up your mind and I said I'll go.
Jeri said that was final so
I had to go. Grandma vada
said she would put me on a
bus but I said no because
I couldn't make up my mind
After I got in the car grandpa
said why don't you Catch the
bus? But I said I didn't want
to catch the bus becasue it was
to much trouble.

Grandma
I had fun staying over your house
and I had fun playing tackle
in your backyard. And I also
had fun staying over Mikies
house we played basketball.

and football. Later on about 1:00
o' Clock we went to the show
and we had to take kallene we
went to see 101 dalmations it
was funny it was about dogs.
After the show Kallene lost her
purse but I found it. Kallene
Mike and I went to get my basket
ball with the money you gave
me. The basketball cost only three
dollars and 31 cents but Ronnie
said it wasn't the kind he told
me to get but I still like it.
after I got my basket ball we
saw Jeri and Ronnie and I asked
them if they had a lot of fun
and they said yes. I get to go
skiing in two months Iam
going to were my hat and
gloves and scarfe. Grandma
Mike and I had fun on the
sled up in the snow it was
cold but fun and thanks for
the candy nuts. I am eating
them right now. well I'll see
you tell Ronnie Heaton hello I
love very much Grandma by Love
