My heart
I don’t know where to start
It’s all so confusing
What should I be choosing
It’s all so confusing
So many voices
So many choices
It all keeps me musing
It’s all so confusing
Black is white
Wrong is right
The truth seems to be snoozing
It’s all so confusing
The enemy fills me with thoughts so accusing
It’s all so confusing
The attacks from a so-called friend
Cause a bruising
Of my heart
I thought she was my friend
Would the betrayal never end?
It’s all so confusing
I know I need to make a new start
And let Jesus put a guard on my heart
Let God’s truth in
That’s how to win
I refuse the illusion
I refuse the confusion
The answer is clear
The Lord is here
Here is my conclusion
Jesus resolved my confusion
The confusion is over.
