The same God?

“Your universe is HORRIFIC! Beyond understanding. Everything is peace in my universe. I watch you humans killing one another and it makes no sense. None at all.

I was so excited when I was chosen to explore the Multiverse. What an adventure! What beauty would I find? What amazing new truths? My village sent me off with the usual Praise God session. The trees and animals joined in. So special. Our stars sang to us. Beautiful.
But THIS universe?

I have not heard the stars sing once.

It worried me. And why do you have such huge distances between solar systems, and galaxies? Then I realised that the stars were moving AWAY from one another. Why? Don’t you understand that is wrong? Eventually you will not be able to see any stars in the sky apart from your own sun. I felt a whole new emotion sweep through me at that thought. I know now – it is called sadness.

I am so glad we do not have sadness in my universe. Why do you have it in yours?

And then I landed on your planet. It looked so precious from space. A blue jewel. But in the distance a sudden light appeared, followed by a VERY loud noise, and thick black stuff that I heard is called smoke. I did not like the smoke, but could not think about it much because as soon as it cleared I saw BODIES lying on the ground. I wanted to help them but did not know how. They were not breathing, and I know breathing is essential for humans. Many seemed to be missing bits of their bodies. How could light and smoke do that? Surely the light could not have done it – everyone knows that light is life-giving. It must have been the noise and the smoke. But why do you have noise and smoke in your world if they reduce humans to lifeless bodies lying on the ground?

It seems that you have no God in your universe. So very, very sad. We have a wonderful God in our universe. His Name is Y-H-V-H. As soon as you learn how to travel to other universes, you must come and visit my universe, and meet our God. He is love. We would not want it any other way.

Wait a minute. I see an angel coming. I had assumed that you would not have any angels but one is heading straight towards me. It is every bit as beautiful as those in my universe.

The angel takes my hand and tells me I am to be shown human history. I see a garden, similar to those on my world. But – I can hardly breathe, I am so shocked. There are two humans there and they are DISOBEYING God. Can you believe it? Disobeying GOD?

That is how I learnt why things have gone wrong in your universe. So very, very sad. But I also see a man called Yeshua. He alone among the humans was perfect before God. I assumed He would be put in charge over all the planet. I was told this would happen, but not at that point of history. Apparently His kingship is still future. And then – how do I put this into mere words? This PERFECT man was murdered in a most horrible way. I don’t really understand pain, but was taught a bit about it before I came. It is terrible, and the way He was murdered involved a lot of pain. I cannot understand.

The angel took me by the hand again and told me I was being taken into the throne room of God. So this universe DOES have a God. I am not sure I want to meet the God of this frightening world.

Then shock.

The God of your universe is the God of my universe! Is He the God of the entire Multiverse?

I bow before Him in a state of utter confusion.

He breathes on me, and I see His plan. His perfect plan. These humans have free will. They made a wrong choice. But God had arranged a way for them to be forgiven (that was an exciting new word) and changed into the humans they were meant to be. It is a step-by-step process, but a very real one.

I saw a glimpse of the future, with humans living in perfect harmony with God.

Then I knew.

God is indeed Almighty.
