of reciprocation
no thing to small

to do for Him

just faith
pushing us forward
longing for Your return

busy and barren
dullness replacing
the fire of first love

Refined and purified

Without Your perfect love
I am poor and without hope
Of finding the way to
Fully pay

I’m blind and don’t know why

Myrrh
sweet crushed resin
so full of healing
and death
sweet death

I found a strength
to bear my cross
confessing
your great name
I did not bow to
persecution
poverty
or false
accusation

faithful unto

A crack for deception

of idolatry

bed chamber
