God planted within the earth
To become the Savior of the world.
The first to announce His presence
Was an angel of the Lord,
Bringing joyful tidings
To shepherds in the field.
A multitude of angels,
Giving glory to God,
Joyfully proclaimed
His peace upon the earth.
The Seed that was planted by God
Grew and flourished,
Becoming a beautiful Flower
That mirrored the face of God
And revealed His love to all.
This Flower, unequaled
In every moral virtue,
In strength and tenderness,
Was without a single blemish.
But the Flower God had planted
Was crushed by cruel men
Until all life was gone.
They did not understand
They had killed the Son of God.
But just as had been promised,
The Seed became alive once more,
Both as a living Flower
And also as God’s Son,
To live again in heaven.
Because this Seed was willing
To come to earth from heaven
And be completely in as sacrifice,
And because of His resurrection,
All the seeds in the garden of earth
Who believe in the Seed of God
And who worship this amazing Flower
Have hope that after death
They, too, will be resurrected
To live with God forever.

I checked Collins dictionary regarding this idiom and found this: "'Jump in with both feet definition': to enter into an activity or venture wholeheartedly."
That describes the Seed in your poem perfectly. At any point in His journey, He could have changed His mind, and turned away, but He chose to follow His father's mandate all the way through. Praise His name forever!
