Bad news: The pilot’s airplane engine fell out in mid-flight.
Good news: He was wearing a parachute as he leaped into the clouds.
Bad news: It didn’t open.
Good news: He was headed right for a large, fluffy haystack.
Bad news: There was a pitchfork sticking up (sadly, handle down).
Good news: He missed the pitchfork.
Bad news: He missed the haystack too!
Not so Funny, and Not a Joke
Bad news: Our bodies die.
Good news: Our spirits live forever.
Bad news: Some people will go to Hell.
Good news: No one has to!
Bad news: We ALL have sinned and come short of the Glory of God (our Creator).
Good news: He made a way to wash away Sin. He sent his Son, Jesus, to pay the price for our redemption.
Bad news: Too many refuse to accept that FREE gift of eternal life and then their euphemistic parachutes may get stuck on (((plunge))).
Good news: The ones who reach out in saving faith and belief in Christ and live for Him will be blessed with a Heavenly home.
Bad (scary) news: Wake up! Don’t let there be a pitchfork in your future!
