TITLE: Castles and Kingdoms | Previous Challenge Entry

Its towers were elevated high above all around it.
Its walls were strong, tall, unbreakable and unbreachable.
The bricks were solid and fused with impregnable cement.
Windsor provided undefeatable protection for British royals over the years.
Because of its structure, no one could enter except through the well-guarded gates.
The castle was a safe place. There was no fear of invasion or abuse for those who dwell there. The castle is a picture of our Great and Awesome God.
So, my mind took me to these verses;
“No weapons formed against me shall prosper” [Isaiah 54:17}.
“Around them are encamped angels whose purpose is to deliver them..{Psalm 34:7}.
God The Father who is our Protector, has a Kingdom which is a hiding place of protection for His children. {Psalm 32:7 says “You are my hiding place. You protect me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance”. He is the spiritual wall that surrounds his children. He never sleeps and He sees everything. His Holy Spirit lives in us. He invites us to enter into His Kingdom.
Additionally, today and historically, He promised to protect Israel and He has done so for thousands of years, and he still does today;
“Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you — the Lord is your shade at your right hand. The Lord will keep you from all harm and watch over your life.{Psalm 12:4-5,7}
“I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” {Isaiah 46:4b}.
As history relates through His Biblical truth from the day of Abraham, God Almighty has been protecting Israel, just as He promised.
‘“I will bless you and give you such a large family, that someday your descendants will be more numerous than the stars in the sky or the grains of sand along the seashore. They will defeat their enemies and take over the cities where their enemies live. You have obeyed me, and so you and your descendants will bless all nations on earth.” {Genesis 22:17}
They are His Chosen People. Many nations have tried to eradicate them and failed.
In Jesus’ day, God brought the Gentiles into His Kingdom.
He was protecting us from lives without hope and eternity in hell. The price was great.
He sent His Only Begotten Son Jesus to set us free. He gave us the Blood of Jesus and The Armor of God; which includes the Sword of The Spirit, Sheild of Faith, Helmet of Salvation, Belt of Truth, and Breastplate of Righteousness, and we are told by Paul, to “ Put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. {Ephesians 6:11-12}
As believers, we now have The Holy Spirit in us. We have also been blessed by The Living Word which was sent to us in the form of Jesus and the Written Word which is The Bible, the inspired messages from God. The Bible teaches us about all about God, who is our protector and tells us about His unfathomable love for us. We know that He created His beautiful earth for us to live in, and He placed soil to grow food, clean air to breathe, and animals for our use and pleasure. His Kingdom came to earth.
