Roe v. Wade was a landmark legal decision issued in, 1973, in which the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a Texas statute banning abortion, effectively legalizing the procedure across the United States. The ruling made abortion legal in many circumstances. The decision said that a woman's right to privacy extended to the fetus/unborn child she was carrying. In the view of the court, during the first-trimester abortion was no more dangerous than carrying the fetus/child full term.

The decision divided the nation and is still controversial today. People divided into pro-life and pro-choice groups. Pro-life supporters argue that the unborn baby has the same right to life as other people, and the government should intervene to protect it. Pro-choice supporters believe that the unborn baby is not the same as a person, and the woman has the right to choose what she wants to do with her body and that the government should not intervene [https://www.aclu.org/other/whats-wrong-fetal-rights]
If Roe v. Wade were overturned or weakened, increases in travel distances would likely prevent 93,500 to 143,500 individuals each year from accessing abortion care.

The decree grew into a gigantic Samsonite burden that today has allowed the killing of millions of babies. Abortion is a worldwide procedure and existed before Roe or Sanger did; it was always a private secret act that was performed in backrooms by abortionists using whatever methods they chose. Abortion is now claimed to be essential and it is funded.

The unborn, usually preterm, are removed from the womb and die due to lack of maternal blood and oxygen. I believe as does the Bible that God created life and that He wove each child in their mother's womb. . A conception may be deliberate or forced but the product is still life and must not be destroyed.
This is a very controversial topic today in this nation; however followers of Christ must stand for what God said and choose not to disobey His Word. Despite the name-calling, many believers in Christ are standing strong.

Those who promote abortion by choice have created a huge industry; It is of death. In the Bible, we read of giants who were brought down despite their great strength. Goliath was a giant, but David slew him with a sling and a single stone. God chose a simple shepherd boy to destroy him. As a Philistine, he was an enemy of the Israelites. He sought in his pride to defeat and destroy them.
Samson too was an unbeatable giant; however, he strayed into forbidden territory by loving a foreign woman named Delilah. She deceived him. In the end, he regained his senses, prayed and using his strength, he brought down the enemy. He had a sorry end, he self-destructed.
Then Samson prayed to the Lord, “Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more..{Judges 17:38}. Samson was weak morally.
In both cases, prayer, faith and action came into play; these three were the instruments used. So too, in order for the national funding of the gigantic abortion industry to cease; God's people must in faith pray, and act. One action would be to support leaders who oppose and speak out against it and can defund it.
Abortion as a means of birth control is not, I repeat, not, pleasing to Jehovah God.
