I loved that last line "..remind Satan of his future." This was a terrifc poem. So much truth, packed in such a beautiful package.
I liked your poem a lot. Your meter was a little off, but your rhyme was great and you had a nice message.
Oh yes! "When Satan brings up YOUR past - Remind him of
HIS future!" Great suff.
Great job. It captured me from the beginning and kept me throughout. I liked the line about our sins being "marks as black as coal". So, Jesus keeps a big bottle of "wite-out" handy, eh? :>)
A poem of hope. Satan can only keep us company if we don't keep Jesus close by. He alone can wipe out our sins.
