Reconnecting passages in my very brain
Cells, memories, and knowledge
Repairing short circuits and blown fuses
Infuses my mind, heart and body
This new heart
Like Jesus’ teaching about new wine needing new wineskins
The old one broke
The Love God pours in and through me
Stretching under pressure
Christ, the very union of matter and Spirit from the beginning of time
Born a dependent infant of a human girl
Very God incarnate
My mind can’t quite grasp this
A personal face of God in our time and space
Willingly sacrificed His life on the bloody cross to reach us
Individually and personally
All who will partake, take part
In the body of Christ
And the power of the resurrection
Are beloved Children of God
The face of Christ
My mind and my spirit know this
My heart is ready
For this charged energy to hit the dirt
In a lightning bolt
Spirit meets matter
Christ incarnate in me
Grounding me in my right place and ordering my life
Giving strength and healing for my weary body
My joy is restored (The joy of the Lord is my strength)
I sing out loud in the congregation
And lift my hands high
Joy to the World!
Come Lord Jesus!

The first stanza repeated many of the same kinds of thoughts. I would also remove the word, "very."
You did have good thoughts though.
