Our lives sometimes unaccepted.
We are all born into this world,
Faced with a life that is unsure.
God knew of us before we were conceived...
He knows our outcome, even if we don’t believe.
We each are raised in different families.
All of us taught in a different way to receive.
We are sometimes rejected by loved ones...
As we grow in a family, as a daughter or son.
We feel pain because of disappointments or promises that have been broken.
Then we ask ourselves, where is the token of our love?
God chooses the family we are to be born in...
He has a plan for our lives, knowingly even when we are created in sin.
By His mercy, He gives each of us a choice.
We aren’t held accountable until, we become of age and have a voice.
Our life continues with its ups and downs...
Searching in our life for what cannot be found.
We make mistakes,
And we ask ourselves what does it take?
We seem to have a void in our hearts...
Emptiness inside that cries out, desiring to be set apart.
That's when we realize there's more to life than meets the eye.
Wondering what life is all about while we shed our tears and cry.
Is there anyone out there that sees my longing?
The gap I feel for belonging.
Then someone reaches out His hand,
Through the scriptures, He speaks and says I have a plan.
Meet my Son, who felt separated from mankind...
He offers a life of acceptance as a sign.
So, simple is the plan,
The answer for all of man.
He was crucified on the cross...
He died for the lost.
He died in your place,
Through His shed blood and under His grace.
Resurrected on the third day as planned...
He came here to earth to help us in our stand.
To forgive us of our sins,
By giving us our rightful place with Him.
Jesus the Christ asks each of us...
Believe in Him with trust.
It is God who sent His Son for us to behold.
Receive me and be accepted into the fold.
Isaiah 53:6, 7, 9 & 10 KJV
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all...He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth...He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth...Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him...thou shall make His soul an offering for sin.

I believe poems are more effective when there is a consistency in placement of the rhyming words. This takes a lot of writing and rewriting. The sentences may not flow like they would in prose style of writing.
Also even length of the lines gains the attention and aids the reader. This also takes time and probably several re-writes.
Your thoughts lead to a good and proper conclusion.
