What does a bigger paycheck buy but more stress?
What do sex and drugs accomplish other than the potential for disease or addiction?
What do a bigger home and car attain other than the desire to work more?
What does comparing ourselves to others … and changing the outward appearance do for the inside?
A lot.
We are left with a great gaping hole inside.
And we are desperate for a way to seal it.
But nothing of this world will do the trick.
No job.
No person of the opposite sex.
No person of the same sex.
No home.
No child.
No car.
No trip.
No ambition.
No drug.
No government.
No religion.
Nothing.
Belief in God’s Son will seal that hole inside you.
He is the only Way…the only Truth…the only Life.
He plugged the hole inside me.
And I haven’t been the same since.
