tied a branch from Jesse
so sublime He is for me and for mine,
He is three from one He is the Son,
Chosen to walk the road alone
He carries a heavy load,
all my sorrows all my pain
the heavy burdens from my stains.
It's for me and not of him self,
He's my savior,my freedom bound.
He came to live,He came to die,
He's the apple of my Fathers eye.
Where two or more are
gathered in my name I'll be there
I will share, I am in the midst
of them, He's my Father, He is his Son,
He's my comforter, He's three in one.
If one should prevail against Him
then two will withstand Him
and a threefold cord will be one,
I'm redeemed, I'm sanctified,
I'm justified I've been made free
by a branch from Jesse's tree he died for me.
