In His Presence

As I drive along, my journey; a hotel not too far from home. As I travel I began to ponder on my reasons for taking this journey. There is a need within me to escape from it all. Though my love for my family is more than I ever thought possible, I, at this time long for some peace, some quiet time to think. I long for some much needed rest. This place, this hotel, is where I think I can get all these things I am in need of.
As I find myself nearer to my destination I began to realize that this place, this hotel, is not where all I that have need of lies. I know that the place wherein I will find all of my needs; is in the presence of my Heavenly Father.
This is where I long and need to be. It’s in His presence that I will find fullness of joy. It is there that I will find peace, that peace that will surpass all of my understandings. It is there that I can take my sorrows, my worries. As I enter the door of my hotel room, place my bag upon the floor, I fall to my knees and I began to bask in the presence of the one that has all the answers. It is here that I will find my hiding place, in Him, in His presence.
Here I find a place of worship, where I can tell Him of my love for Him and in return I am reminded of His love for me. It is here, in this hotel room; that I am in the presence of my Heavenly Father. It is here that I will stay. I now realize that whether here in this hotel room, or in the bedroom of my home, I can rest in His presence.

A very nice devotional. If you hit "enter" one more time at the end of each paragraph, it'll add some white space and be easier on your readers' eyes.

This is beautiful! I thought some of the wording was a little off as was the use of commas and semi-colons. It just needs a little clean up and it will be perfect! Blessings!
