Gail Suratt Davis was born in the American mid-south. She has been a Christian 44 years. God called her to ministry as a young adult and took her to seminary where she met her husband. They are Baptist missionaries in Africa. While on the mission field she has raised her four children and is supporting her husband's ministries.
Gail has worked in many ways in Africa - soup kitchens, homeless feeding program, children's choirs, worship leader, Sunday School teacher, refugee assistance for central African refugees, as well as Bible study writer and teacher.
Miracle of Faith, Foundation of Faith: Bible Studies through Deuteronomy, Amos: The Shepherd Prophet, and Chosen Woven-ness: Obeying God, Ministering to Refugees are parts of a journey of learning deeply from God through in depth research in the Bible, biblical commentaries, Hebrew and Greek dictionaries, and biblical journals and textbooks as well as her deep involvement in refugee work. Each of the Bible studies, devotionals, and trainings in these books are from lessons God taught her through her studies and practical hands-on ministries.
Gail blogs by putting Bible studies onto her blog site, tcmhome.blogspot.com. She can also be found on LinkedIn.
