I am a Chartered Accountant and Associate member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accounts; Fellow of the Association of International Accountants-UK; Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants-UK; Executive Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Administration-Project Management{University of Wales}, Bachelor in Accounting, International Diploma in Project Management (Cambridge University}, Certified Grants Accountancy, Diploma in Accountancy and Certified Grants Manager {USAID/WVI}. I have Seventeen years working experience with the NGOs and have held the following posts beginning with the current position: Finance & Grants Manager, Acting Executive Director, Grants Manager, Grants Accountant, Financial Accountant, Programme Accountant, Regional Accountant, Senior Assistant Accountant, and Acting branch Accountant. I have experience in Grant Management with the following grants: Global Fund; USAID (PEPFA) - OMB Circulars A-110, A-122 & A-133, CIDA, SIDA, IRISH AID, Save the Children, Swidish Agency for Developmemnt Cooperation, Population Aid International, Africa Regional Programme, OFDA, JICA, FHI, Emergency relief grants and other Government and bilateral Grants {Netherlands, Norway, Danish, DfID etc} whose costs range from $100,000 to $65,000,000. Other areas of experience include: Proposal writing, financial report writing, budgeting & budgetary controls, financial management/tracking of grants, grant management, compliance Auditing, installation of internal controls & financial accounting systems and Training. Grants managed includes; Child survival, Agricultural, entrepreneurship, health & nutrition, relief and HIV/AIDS projects. Iam a Christian of 30 years. Married to Grace, we have been blessed with four children. I an a treasurer at our local church and do serve in the leadership team. I am involved in pre marital counseling for young couples. Iam also a bible study leader. I have been writing since 1987, initially Poetry, but now have written four books: One on project management, One on Trials and two on Courtship. Iam currently working on Our 20 years experience and lessons in our marriage. I am I need of partnering with writers and publishers who have made it so that I can learn and be inspired from them.
