People worry about global warming and how pollution will affect the planet’s ecosystem. The pollution that concerns God is not exterior – it is moral contamination that corrupts the earth
when selfishness smogs up the atmosphere.

The Almighty will clear the air when the Messiah returns, but woe to the ones who have polluted relationships - God said that unpunished murder “pollutes” the land (Num 35:33 NKJV).
Contamination can be more than what you see!

Toxicity can be in the church - Jehovah said that believers “pollute” when they only
pretend to serve Him – when they love the world but claim to be His (Jer 3:1-2 NKJV).
Hypocrisy is a litter God can’t tolerate.

Sorcery, witchcraft and child sacrifices were such abominations that Yahweh drove out the nations of Canaan because they practiced these horrible things in their culture –
cruelty is worse than any factory fumes.

The secular world obsesses over the outside pollution, while God abhors the internal pollution that indicates anger, bitterness and envy. These lead to hate, division and killing –
sometimes in God’s very name.

Jehovah reveals the things that pollute the land, but aside from abortion and gay issues, Christians have been slow to deal with the subject of pollution from God’s view.
But God does have a definite view…and He hates moral pollution.
