Now, that we have dispensed with over commercializing on clothes and family cookouts, the things most people do on Easter Sunday. Let us reflect on the celebration of Passover and Christ’s Resurrection. This time of renewal is to understand God’s purpose, not to exploit Easter for commercial gain but to reclaim life through the renewing of our belief in Christ and our relationship with God the Father.

The season of reconciliation to God the Father, occurred during Passover and during Christ’s Resurrection. The nation of Israel gained a new release on life when death “Passover” the Jew’s that fateful night in Egypt. Likewise, the children of God received Grace when Jesus Resurrection occurred. Both events orchestrated by God brought His people closer to Him. It is now up to both Christens and Jews to believe in God and walk in the newness of life.
