Made lower than the angels
To redeem this fallen race,
Came to earth to suffer death--
Price of God's amazing grace;
Brings many sons to glory
Through His perfect sacrifice,
Without sin, wholly holy,
Our Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
For redemption's sake He came,
Took the judgment due to us;
He Who bore the Greatest Name
Paid our ransom on the cross.
Then raised above all angels,
Crowned with glory evermore;
For all men who trust in Him
He's redemption's Guarantor.
