REVELATION KNOWLEDGE

What exactly is revelation knowledge? It is knowledge revealed by the Spirit of God to a man/woman. When this knowledge is imparted to an individual, no angel in heaven or demon in hell can remove it from that person's reception of whatever particular knowledge has been imparted. God won't remove it because HE is the one who gave it. This knowledge is what I call "branded into our spirit". (I guess you noted by my comparison that I am from Texas) A brand stays forever. All the inventions that we enjoy and take for granted today has been in part revelation knowledge. Today let's look at a few biblical examples that have possibly been overlooked. I'll try to be short on this and give a few that I am aware of....

Isaiah 59:19... How many times have we heard this scripture quoted with a comma after flood leaving the impression that our enemy can come in at will and flood our lives with his lies and deception? When the scripture was translated into English the punctuation was at the liberty of the translator. Let's take another look. Jesus defeated our enemy when he was crucified, buried and raised from the dead, so HOW can he come in like a flood. (I know it sometimes seems this way). Let's read it like this "When the enemy comes in, LIKE A FLOOD GOD will raise a standard against him" Think about it.

Matthew 16: 14-19.... The general thought in the passage is that the church was built on PETER. Read the passage again. Jesus said 'Simon-Barjona, flesh and blood has not revealed this fact to you but my Father which is in heaven. The church is built on revelation knowledge from GOD; not a person. This revelation knowledge is what hell CANNOT prevail against. Read it again...think about it. Also in verse 19 we are given (the church) the keys OF heaven, not TO heaven. When you have a key of a dwelling you can enter the dwelling; if you have the keys TO the dwelling you can enter any part (all rooms) of the dwelling. Read it again.... think about it.

Romans 8:26-28.... So many of God's kids have used Romans 8:28 to explain any and all that happens in their lives (me too, until I learned better). Read the context and you will see that Paul was speaking about prayer and intercession..."AFTER prayer and intercession ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD".... think about it.

I am sure some will disagree with me, but that is O.K. Please consider the scriptures and ask the Lord about it; let HIM answer your questions.
