Two is a Crowd

Many a times we love to be in a company but there are times we should be alone. These are times of total isolation and complete separation. This is when we have to look up to God, separating ourselves and looking unto our maker. We have to understand that in the place of isolation, two is a crowd. Let us take a look at the illustrations below. I pray this message blesses you.

1) The Eagle

Have you ever seen an eagle before? You probably saw it alone without a second eagle by it`s side. The reason for this is because eagles love to dominate, they love to be secluded. My brother, my sister God is calling us to be like eagles. He is calling us to a personal relationship with him. He desires a one - on - one encounter with him. As he met with Moses on the mountain top, so he wants to meet with us one - on - one. He wants to feed us with the manna from heaven. God wants to commune with us. But we must be separate. He says - be ye separate.

We have got to soar on wings as eagles as our strength gets renewed each day even as we wait on him. We would rise above the situations of our lives and dominate them.

2) The Priest

In biblical days, the high priest goes into the holy of holies alone. We got to press into his court alone but boldly unlike the high priest who did it with fear & trembling. The bible says in Heb.4:16 that we should come boldly. Jesus is our high priest and advocate. He wants to talk to us. He wants us to intercede on behalf of his people. He wants to stand in gap for you.

3) The Messenger

The messenger of God always have a special relationship with God and always know him personally. Moses stood there before God alone and received the message he had for his people. We got to stay with God alone and watch to see what he would say and what we would reply him. Let us look unto God the maker and the finisher of our faith. He wants to build you up and show you a better tomorrow. He says unto you - call unto me and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know. Having a personal relationship with your maker is very essential because your growth, destiny, vision, calling and everything he has for you can only be fulfilled through him. Therefore spend quality time with God daily and you will never regret it.
