We got up very early, to catch the morning dew,
To see the sun wake up the world, oh what a view!

The tulip peaked an eye through its leafy arm,
Its petals yawned wide open to the dawn.

The rooster cockadoodled his revelry call,
While horses shuffled restlessly in the stall.

A musical medley chirps away from every treetop.
As bunny goes ka-plop, ka-plop, hippity-hop, ka-
plop.

There's a family of small duckies crossing the pond,
To see an old man waiting for fish to respond.

Papa I'm with you, I like to see the dew,
And all of nature rising up to say,

Goodnight little moon, we'll see you soon.
As the sun tucks the moon away.
