(Kvetchy glance up at ceiling.)

[PATIENT SIGH.]

the REINDEER,
and ALL!"

[DEEP SIGH.]

[PATIENT FROWN.]

[PATIENT NOD.]
[GAZE OFF INTO THE MILKY WAY.]

[CALM NOD.]
[INTENSE GAZE AT A BABY
GIRAFFE BEING BORN IN KENYA.]

"YEAH!
I mean, SUPPOSE that VP
candidate was from CALIFORNIA?
(Searching look up at ceiling fan.)
And.....shot DOLPHINS for sport?
And, takin' PICTURES of herself:
next to the bloody DOLPHIN?
(Grimmace up at ceiling fan.)

[PATIENT SIGH.]
"Child?"

(Squint up at ceiling.)
"Yeah?
(Second pair of glasses
fall down nose*.)
YEAH, LORD?

(Puzzled squint.)

today!"

[CHUCKLE.]
[SIGH.]
