When the fight is hard,
And, the pressure mounts,
Someone is getting nervous.
We are doing something right.

Dig your heels in.
Standing even stronger,
Trials of faith and temptation,
They don't get easier.

The wide path is paved by surrender.
Maintained by retreat.
Traveled by those who never understood.
Faith was never about them.

Here we are in days foretold.
Everyone looking for an easier way.
A faith without demands or commitment.
Without sacrifice.

For us, the time of decision has come.
Living in days of turmoil and tragedy,
Embracing a faith of demands or commitment.
Requiring sacrifice.

No retreat. No surrender.
