(Whiny voice.)
(Cup hands.)
(Look up at air vent.)
"But.....L..O...R....D!
I can't SEE YOU!
I GOTTA YELL!"

[PATIENT SIGH.]

"WELL?"

"What about IT?
Do Ya think it
was STUPID?"

talk, Lord! That Proverbs
stuff's too DEEP for me!

KITTY LITTER*'s

[SIGH.]
[GENTLE CHUCKLE.]

"WELL?"

[GENTLY SHAKE HEAD.]
"Child, these things
are not important."

"Yes, it IS!
HEY!
It's my LAWN!"

"No, child.
It is Mine."

"Well.......so......
Ya think that
stuff I poured in the
crevices next to
YOUR LAWN's
gonna HELP?"

[SMILE!]
"Oy vey."

"Hey, Lord?
I didn't know
You spoke YIDDISH?
That's weird.
(Squint.)

"So what,
My precious."

"Do Ya think
that was STUPID?"

"What have I
told you, child?"

(Thoughtful squint.)
"......eh, not to
worry about the
green SNAKE?"

[PATIENT SILENCE.]

"Ya mean.....

Your WORD?"

"Yeah.....but,
how's that gonna
help fill in all
my CRACKS?"

*Clean litter.
It was 'Feline Pine':
right out of the bag.
The problem was, when
I watered the lawn,
all the litter stuff
puffed up.....and
now, it looks like
dough...rising out of
my lawn. Oh, well.
