Three and a half years ago I discovered a most unique ministry. I didn’t know it was a ministry at first. I was just looking for a place to share my writings with hopes God could use them to bless someone’s heart, but things somehow got all turned around and it was my heart that was blessed, and blessed, and blessed again.

It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship God brought into my life through FaithWriters

Clicking that submit button for the first time was scary, but it was such a thrill to see my words in print. When I received my very first notice of a comment, my heart soared and was racing – someone had read my work! Woohoo! And they enjoyed it!

I was on my way. My journey had begun and I haven’t looked back except to see how far I have come. What I thought, and hoped would bless others, ended by blessing me ten-fold and at times ‘my cup has runneth over.’

It wasn’t long though, before I noticed there was something ‘going-on’ at this site. I could ‘hear’ it from a distance. It was laughter, prayer, chatter and kinmanship. A community – a Body of Christ believer/writers who not only share a love for writing (and understand) but share an uppermost desire for God to use their writing as He sees fit to bless others. It was the Message Board and I had to go and check it out. (imagine a church full of writers – ahhh! Heaven!) There, I discovered so many things! And I didn’t mind being addicted one bit. The Weekly Challenge does tend to do that to one. The Weekly Challenge? It’s the most funnest way to grow and hone those writing skills.

Because of FaithWriters I’ve had the absolute joy of being published in various publications, choosing writing opportunities, making new friends and becoming a part of a family. But one more blessing was in store for me. I came to realize God was in this place – a ministry God uses to bless so many in this cold, dark CyberWorld. And the CyberWorld is a difficult place to survive. I wanted to help support it and …

FaithWriters 500 is a very special way of giving to this awesome ministry. Its mega perks and benefits just add to the uniqueness of this community.

You’ll just have to come and explore to see why this place is so loved. It’s a personal experience for each and every one and has its own meaning to each and every heart. Come on over and find out what it could mean to you … it’s so worth it.

I’m Pat Guy … it’ll be so good to meet you!

Hi Pat. My name's Matt. You have a wonderful introduction there. Beings I'm new here, maybe I should write a note as to who I am. Your note is encouraging to us new folks. Bless you, all the newbies should read this. Oh and yes, this place is addictive.
