I want to say I'm sorry though I doubt
it carries much weight,

Instead of forgiveness and love,
resentment, bitterness and hate

Have often clouded my mind
and cause others pain

I just wanted to apologize for the times
I acted rude, the times I didn't
understand and when I acted cruel

For I have been convicted of many many sins
but thank God I have a Savior
Jesus who gets the win

He always gently shows me where I have
gone wrong

and helps me see all His children
from His eyes and not my own

My earnest prayer if for
forgiveness from you
If you can't it is OK
because it just's God's due

His is all that matters
to the sorry soul
My prayers are now that love
will be my main goal
