A Moments Notice

Have you ever wondered how in a moments notice, lives get re-routed, situations arise, storms brew and tempests snarl? At some stage you would of found yourself saying, hey things were going so smooth and suddenly out of nowhere chaos reigns and total confusion sets in. Caught totally of guard, totally unaware, totally surprised and sadly shocked at the turn of events at a moments notice.

You would imagine someone was playing dice with your life. One moment of tranquility, one moment of peace and within an eye’s blink uncertainty and despair.
Firstly as a child of God nothing should catch you unaware. The word clearly displays that the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. You must always be on your guard fully possessing the full armour of God. God’s armour is not meant to be put on daily, no it was meant never to be taken off. Surely every child of God is supposed to be living in peace and prosperity. Yes and with the gift of peace and prosperity comes the trials and afflictions from the evil one. In the book of Job the Lord asked satan, Where have you come from?"
Satan answered the LORD, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it."

Clearly satan was about his daily schedule and I do believe it was you and I he was seeking to devour , seeking to pounce , seeking to destroy , seeking to kill , seeking to cut off and seeking to hurt. He has been seeking out children of God from the beginning of time as we know it. If he cannot overthrow God, he is definitely going for the heart of the Father which is through his children. The devil is not original but he has strategy. Basically he will use what worked on your ancestors , forefathers , previous generation and he will try it on you and if it works then he will continue using it to the next generation. It is a customized weapon designed to bring destruction to you and every generation that precedes you and follows you. There is no attack on you that is only meant for you. Every hurdle you come up to must be jumped. The incompletion of the battle will be left for the next generation to fight should you retreat defeated. In order to destroy this weapon of warfare designed against you, you have to with stand it and destroy the impact of it. We are being bombarded by hereditary demons but at some stage a child of God has to cut this out. At some stage a child of God has to take a stand . This stage I believe lies before you

Every plot of the enemy must be denounced and nullified with the sword of the spirit. Every fiery dart must be warded off with the shield of faith. Every lie must be challenged by the belt of truth and every action must be covered by the breastplate of righteousness and the integrity of Christ.Your mindsets must be capped under the helmet of salvation and your stand should possess the gospel of peace. How many of you want your children and grandchildren to fight the same battle?

Mmmm got your attention now didn’t I. Just as we establish generational blessings in our families, we can also instill generational curses by not rooting out completely weapons of destruction. There are many times you have found yourself saying or even thinking in the midst of crisis, my grandmother went through this, my mother went through this, now I am going through this. Now that this profound realization has been brought to your spiritual eye, you are compelled and under obligation to wage warfare and remove these obstacles from your lineage.

God will reveal his supernatural truth to those who can be entrusted with it. Those that he has empowered to eliminate hereditary strongholds forever. You are reading this article by divine appointment .God is referring to you. He has raised you for such a time as this. A time for you to rise above your own understanding and be elevated to your position of strength. Albert Einstein said that God does not play dice. God does not make mistakes and he leaves nothing to luck or chance. We are a people of limitless and unbounded power. We are the modern day Jobs. Our momentary affliction must never destroy our permanent lineage which was meant to be contributors of a royal priesthood and holy nation. Many of us may be products of our past but we must cut of being prisoners of our past. You cannot change your past but you can align your present to breakthrough to your future. In a moment the devil can run absolute mayhem yet in a moments notice you can establish your future and your children’s future. Your life is not about living for the present. You life is a transitional process that will influence the future.

Many of the trials of life are clearly dismissed in defeat yet its initial entrustment to us was based on God knowing we could win over it. God has placed immense confidence in you causing you to take a final stand for the altering of our bloodlines from prisoners to priesthoods. We are meant to be part of a defeat less monarchy for our seed to emulate. A generation that possesses the high praises of God in our mouth and the two-edged sword in our hands. We are meant to be a successive generation of repellant that wards of evil when the scent has just been released. We are meant to be a generation of warriors that tread upon enemy territory to take back what has been lost in our families for a long time.

I am reminded of Saul’s disobedience that caused generational torment when he disobeyed the commandment of God to wipe out the nation of Amalek. Amalek was the ultimate enemy of the Jewish people in history. This is the people that symbolize evil, and there is a commandment in the Bible to wipe them off the face of the earth, because their pathological hatred for Jews is so great. Should they have a chance they will wipe the Jews off the face of the earth. Amalek's major ambition is to rid the world of the Jews and their moral influence and return the planet to idolatry, paganism, and barbarism.God commands the Jews under Saul’s reign to destroy Amalek - the entire nation, down to the last cow.
Saul has the opportunity to do so. He wages war against Amalek as commanded and wins, but when it comes to fulfilling the decree he falters-some of the Amalekites are left alive. Through Saul's misplaced mercy Agag, the king of the Amalekites, is spared. To this day, history continues to struggle with the consequences of Saul's mistake. The Amalekite nation survives and Agag lives long enough to father a child before he is killed by the Prophet Samuel.

Today, we have no way of identifying the descendants of Amalek but we do know that the Amalekite ideology lives on. The ideology from the pit of hell that raises up weapons to destroy God’s people. One such example was Haman, the Persian minister who tried to annihilate the Jews in the time of Queen Esther.
And looking at Hitler and the Holocaust we can understand that such intense hatred as the Bible ascribes to Amalek can exist in the world. The Nazis wanted to kill every Jew. A Jew could have been intermarried with Christians for three generations but that didn't matter; the Nazis were bent on killing anyone with the slightest bit of Jewish heritage -- they were bent on wiping out any trace of the Jewish people and Jewish influence.

Don’t be a Saul and leave a seed of Agag around to rise against your great grandchildren. The consequences may be deadly enough to annihilate. Saul’s disobedience to take out the enemy caused major consequences for him personally and the people entrusted under his rule. His family was removed from the monarchy and his people were continued to be harassed. According to the Book of Genesis and 1 Chronicles, Amalek was the son of Eliphaz and the grandson of Esau. This is the evidence of a lineage that produced a thoughtless generation which threw away their birthright at a moments notice. They lost a legacy of greatness in the spell of a moment. They brought forth a generation of bitterness which contributed greatly to the plight of God’s people. Generations later God’s people had to face Haman and his treachery was meant to be far worse than his predessors.

Today if you do not destroy the spirit of Agag that looms over your past and present, you are leaving room for the birth of Haman who will come to cut off your seed.Now that you have been enlightened of this command and according to you spiritual knowledge is attached your level of responsibility and accountability for the generations to come. The impact of your decisions and your resultant victory will establish your family to live freed of persecution and oppression.

Would you leave a legacy of brokenness and defeat or would you rather leave an overcoming legacy of greatness and power to root out , destroy and annihilate every trace of satan’s warfare that has plagued you from generations before. This act of bravery and prophetic stand against evil will tear down all strongholds and clear the path to victorious living for yourselves and the generations to come.
Each of us has a moment’s notice to act or be crushed. Each of us in a moments notice can allow defeat or pronounce victory. The moments of your live may belong to you but it will alter many lives . The alteration of your actions must always possess the long arm of God’s power and strength .

Do not bow down to any demon or crumble under any attack. We are a people of purpose , a people of covenant and a people of God. Believe that God is able to do exceedingly , abundantly , above all you could ever imagine or ask for. Believe that God wants you and the seed of your womb to be a fruitful vine destined for his fullness and greatness. Destined for success beyond and above. You are an accelerated generation of faithfulness. God wants to establish a continual generational covenant with you. David’s heart , stand and integrity secured a throne for Soloman and every other seed that followed . David’s house and his kingdom was established forever. It took one man to move the heart and hand of God to set the course for the future.

This blessing God wants to bestow over our lives as well. How precious to hear one day God pronouncing a blessing over our children’s children and establishing our lineage forever. All because we trusted his hand to deliver us when we could not understand his plans. We stood firm when our foundation was rocked. We stayed in battle and manned our post. No earthly accomplishment will ever measure against the majesty of an everlasting covenant established for generations to come.

This is the final straw for you. The devils time is up. He must take up his weapons and flee in Jesus name. God will not break his covenant with you nor alter the word that has gone out of his lips. Once he has sworn by his holiness; he will not lie to you. Can God trust you with this situation to finish it once and for all?

Prayer Thought
Dear Lord , I accept the challenge of standing firm in truth against the strategies of the devil. Empower me to destroy the strongholds of the enemy for now and forever. I make a covenant with you today for myself, my household and my lineage. May your statues be established in our lives and our bloodline will cleared with the blood of Jesus. Let my household and seed form trees of righteousness that are rooted in Christ. You are a holy God . Help us to be sustained as a Holy people with a heart after your own. Amen
