Jesus is Faithful

Jesus is faithful
He will never let you down
No matter if your smile
Has become a frown

Jesus is faithful
To perform his Word
He always watches over it
For Jesus is Lord

Jesus is faithful
Your prayers to hear
He always has
A listening ear

Jesus is faithful
You cannot lose
If you seek Him first
He will add things to you

Jesus is faithful
To inhabit your praise
He will send His power
And your spirit raise

Jesus is faithful
To hear your cry
His Word is true
He cannot lie

Jesus is faithful
To meet your need
All that He asks
Is that His Spirit you heed

Jesus is faithful
To give to you power
You won’t have to walk alone
In your dark hours

Jesus is faithful
Your hand He does hold
He will always stay with you
He will never let you go

Jesus is faithful
If by faith His Word you will believe
For when you give to Him
Back from Him, you will receive

Jesus is faithful
His power to show
To those that walk by faith
Miracles they will come to know

Jesus is faithful
When you reach out to Him
He will always forgive
Your unrighteousness, He will cleanse

Jesus is faithful
There is none other like Him
He cares more about where you are going
Not so much where that you have been

Jesus is faithful
On this you can rely
His track record has proven
That He will never lie.
