BREAK THE CYCLE---SERIES 2

Are you at the stage of bewilderment and confusion about certain events in your life and it seems that you have no one to turn to
Things that utterly depress and frustrate you as they repeatedly happen
Character traits that you display and know that you just seem not to know how to stop once you start but you feel all wrong when you display them?
Oftentimes you do make a great effort to stop once you start but no show!

Why do the same things happen in your family line, either through the father side or mother side?
Always in the same recurring sequence from one family member to another
Repetitive circumstances, situations that defy logical explanation


A story of a forty five year old lady comes to mind, who one day, suddenly realized that in the past twelve years, she had been through series of relationships that almost resulted in marriage but at the point of commitment the men backed out for one flimsy excuse or the other
She also realized that her mum had the same history, relationship wise, her grandmother and great-grandmother were married several times over and had children for different fathers and often out of wedlock
Aunties and her siblings who were females were not left out of this peculiarity
She had to undergo a deliverance ministration before she could be set free from this ancestral bondage over her family, which they all had thought was one of those things and you win some you lose some
Another family experienced sudden death early in life, from generation to generation
Terminal illness at a certain age always recurring from one family member to another is not a new thing to some others
Some families experience mental disease, others have a history of husbands who are terrible wife beaters, others have individuals who turn out to have psychopathic and criminal tendencies,
Yet another, drunkenness or drug addiction or some other type of addiction, even eating disorder!

Is it an illness that you are battling with or a nasty character trait that you cannot seem to get rid of (despite the fact that you are a bona-fide born again Christian)? With all effort you try so hard to emulate the character of our Lord Jesus Christ
TO MENTION JUST A FEW, WHICH ONE IS YOUR BATTLE?

ANGER--- The destroyer of men, homes and nations; this descends upon you and rushes through you like a whirl wind or a tornado crushing and destroying everything in it’s path before you can be brought back down to Earth or you regain any form of sensibility

JELOUSY---The green-eyed monster they call it! You cannot seem to help being that way around anyone who has what you do not and even what you do have!
You feel you must always be one step above everyone around you and must always shine more than your subordinates and even equals, so when they do SHINE more than you go mad and into frenzy, they become your worst enemies!

ENVY
This is a relative of jealousy and walks usually together ACHIEVING THE SAME GOAL OF DESTRUCTIVENESS

DISCONTENT
what you have is never enough or good enough---the grass is greener on the other side

COVETUOUSNESS
This also is a sister to lack of contentment. You always have an eye on what belongs to someone else

COLDNESS
Lacking any form of emotion towards mankind because of old hurts

PREJUDICE—Hitler felt this way as well, he thought he was better than the rest of humanity and all others did not deserve to exist and if they must be allowed to, then they must pay their keep daily with their blood!
Typecasting and stigmatizing a race, people or group is an instinctive trait in you

CONTINUAL HOSTILITY TOWARDS EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE

NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS LIFE and everyone around you. Its not possible is your motto

MALICE KEEPING, stems from unforgiveness and a vindictive spirit

GOSSIPING --- Always finding a reason to pull someone around you down with a nasty tongue--- Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh

TROUBLE SHOOTING SPIRIT master of strife, you could strategize the next word war since you do it so well among brethren in the church---visibly and undercover, the Lord says,
I know thy works and where thou dwellest, ---I have a few things against thee, ---Rev 2:13,14

Brothers and sisters know ye not that,

WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT BUT JOY COMETH IN THE MORNING

Break loose and burst free with all the strength of God that you have within you

Pray without ceasing and put your actions into motion as well, make an attempt to grab
Your God –given destiny from the enemy and by FORCE!

Praise and worship God till that demon of anger dashes out of you in fear and anger of sudden and unceremonious eviction

Praise till that cancer, hypertension, hepatitis or other so called inherited illness violently leaves your family line and household

Pray till that evil spirit of prejudice leaves your family, it must stop! Passing it down the ancestry is no more fashionable if it does not benefit, especially if that person is headed for hell and does not even know it

FAST, because some of these ones do not go away, except by prayer and fasting

Do you want a permanent victorious Christian living?

AFFIRM AND CONFESS DAILY WITH YOUR MOUTH THAT—I AM MOVING FORWARD THIS YEAR 2008
