HAPPY NEW YEAR! HAPPY NEW!

At the beginning of a year especially the first day of the New Year, most people start off by making a verbal or written list of things to do or not to do, henceforth. —
I PROMISE TO STOP SMOKING, I PROMISE TO STOP LUSTING AFTER EVERY MAN OR WOMAN THAT I SEE ON THE STREET
I promise to make extra effort at punctuality
I promise to be a nicer person, by smiling more often or going out of my way to help others
I promise to fix that leak in the kitchen pipes that I have promised my wife for so long
I promise to spend more time with my family this year
I promise to---- such a long list of things to achieve at the turn of the year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! So we say to the next man, wishing and hoping for a better tomorrow and year for our family and friends
Many have sent greetings and wish to you this year so far and many more will still do so even till the month of March.
What do you wish yourself and what do you PLAN to do about these wishes, because
IF WISHES WERE HORSES BEGGARS WILL RIDE

This is the year to take your destiny in your hands

Plan, Plan, Plan
You can never plan too much for a successful year and one for dreams, goals, hopes and aspirations becoming reality
Most important part of the planning process is to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING
Never forget to put God first in your life’s goals and plans –according to His will
Make an effort to change your attitude, outlook and comportment in preparation for the glory to come
Certain things must go—even friends, YES! Unfortunately if you must climb higher towards where God means you to be, some people must be dropped from your list of close friends—these can be unnecessary baggage that have weighed you down for too
Long
You must also learn to re-schedule. Probably you spend too much time in bed, on the phone, watching TV or at the computer doing nothing particularly constructive

Learn a new language, you do not know when that's going to come in handy in your proposed plan

Study about some other culture in the world, not necessarily on your continent, afterall it's God's world and the better you understand it, you do Him and learn more about how so similar we are in our differences

Talk less and listen more or how else do you plan to assimilate how others did it whilst also checking out their victories and mistakes and learn strategizing and how to avoid the pitfalls
Also less talking helps you to think better and hear more from the throne of Grace
Broaden your scope and widen your awareness horizon by reading more---study the Bible, read books on various topics, learn how to use the computer, maybe not to the level of a guru in the field but at least to be able to search out and gain from Christian web sites like FAITHWRITERS
