Always be glad for the Lord,
You will never be ignored;
He always watches over you,
And will always help you through.

Be gentle with all others,
Treat as sisters and brothers;
With thankful heart show you care,
Mentioning them in your prayer.

Encourage them for to do right,
Show them how to see the light;
Making their minds true and pure,
And how to resist the lure.

God will bless you with His peace,
And His wisdom will increase;
It will control how you feel,
Giving spiritual zeal.

Jesus Christ will soon be here,
To rid you of doubt and fear;
Follow the teachings given,
And you will go to Heaven.
