Encouragement
Roll out the drums
Draw out the cymbals and tambourines
Arise out of the doldrums of moribundity
Ascend out of that putrid, reek of depression
Put on the cloak of excitement
For it is time to be agog for the brightness of
tomorrow
Oh! Yesterday was lifeless
And the bastion of expectation therein shattered
Agreed! Today seems barren with no beam of
progress
Nonetheless, tomorrow is yours!
A priceless gift of hope
Go down to the marketplace
Gather the dancers, bang the gong
Echo the resonance of hope
For joy is here at last
Like the fresh wind from the south\
Newness has finally come
This rain calls for jubilation
Though you may yet not feel it
But you can perceive it
Yes! Help has finally come for you!

I really like your writing and the way you express yourself -- it's replete with the senses, and your descriptions are unique -- great writing. I particularly like line #4.
I look forward to more of your writing.
