My Mirror

Looking in my mirror today what do I see?
Do I see an image of selfishness or do I see Christ in me?

Some days I look in the mirror and I like the reflection I see,
Sometimes I must turn away from what is inside of me.

One day I will see the my refection, standing by the crystal sea,
My life played before me was it a life of understanding or of vanity?

For the world to see what I sometimes see; could I afford,
To tell if I lived to please myself or did I live to please the Lord?

Amen, when we look in the mirror we should reflect Jesus Christ. It takes time and development though. We have to stay in the word and in prayer. We have to keep our faith from day to day. The more we stay in the presence of God the better we become. Thanks for sharing this message. (((Hugs)))
