I apologize Lord, but not for what I have done
It’s not that I don’t love you
I realize that it’s what I have not done
I don’t do what I know I have to do

I know if I prayed more, things would change
If I was in your Word I could lead my family right
Oh, my family - their patience has great range
Will I ask them to pray with me tonight? I might

Why, Lord is it so easy to go astray?
I slip into this comfort zone
Where sin is harder to push away
Right now, Jesus, I make my life your own

It wasn’t Nintendo who died for me
Television or Sega didn’t pay the ultimate price
By giving their life on Calvary
Only you, Jesus can give me eternal life

I feel undeserving of your grace and love
So tonight, God I rededicate to you
My life, my heart, my soul to point above
Lord please forgive me for what I didn’t do
