Grief
Dad,
I see you now as you entered into Heavens Gate. Dressed in your white robe, smiling, eyes filled with love and awe as you are crowned with the crown of a Prince. Taken your royal place, your rightful place with our King Jesus.
His arms embracing you as you have finally come home. His glory filling, love radiating, as you both walk upon the streets of gold.
I am saddened that you are no longer
here to talk to or hug and tell you how much i love you,Dad, but i am so thankful for knowing you. The priveledge of being in your life. For you have called me your daughter, not by birth, but just because you loved me. I was your daughter in every aspect and you were my Dad.
You taught me so much about God,s love, as you were a mirror image of Jesus to me. I could listen to you for hours talking about Jesus and His love, and how much He loved me. Talk we did.
You exceeded all my expectations of a dad i ever thought. You embraced me as i was and helped me to embrace God as well.
Thankyou for your greatest love.
