Jesus , my prince of peace
When troubles come , my spirit you ease

When storms brew , your stillness we know
Peace you give , that the world can not show

Weapons will be raised , tongues will flash
Yet Christ is in charge , we will not crash

Torrents of peace from your throne will stream
As the river is rushing and pain passes as a dream

Keep me in perfect peace
My mind is stayed on thee

I trust you completely
As you walk beside me

I will not be dismayed
You are in control
Jesus , my Saviour
Standing under your banner of favour


Prayer of peace for you

Father in the name of Jesus , bless your people with peace .Keep them in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you. Help them to be careful of nothing but with prayer and supplication to make their requests known before you. I pray for the peace of God that surpasses all human understanding to flood their lives , situations and hearts . Calm every storm to a whisper and let your people be liberated in your presence under your mighty hand . In Jesus name I ask it.
