The Silenced Lamb
Silence of the Word

Revelation 8:1, and when he had opened the seventh seal there was silence in Heaven about the space of an hour.

Amos 5:13, therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time for it is an evil time.

The Devil has set out to silence Heaven and all of the Earth to what Heaven is all about. He is on a mission to silence the prudent, all those that will hear the Word, silence of the knowledgeable concerning wrongdoing, silence worldliness being preached against in the church and to silence all relationship men has with God their creator.

Many Scribes and Pharisees, and Sadducees, even the Jews thought by silencing Jesus by crucifixion, that they were silencing the phony one. Well in today’s English language there still remain the spirit of the silence of the lamb every time one decides that they are judge and jury over another’s soul, makes themselves idols where the people would hear them and not God, when they bring secret indictments against other Christians to make themselves look good and when they will proclaim their witness to be more true than others.

Only Jesus need to be known around the world, not man, his church name, or their works. Man will stand before God and his life must testify of Jesus. He will give an account as to how many souls did he reach and remained with Christ, what was done to persistently persevere to win that soul and keep it. Is a soul worth only one visit? Do the Christian make the difference or do they abort their mission by accepting the World as it is? God forbid, man own speech betrays him. It is in most cases all about their four and no more.

Silence means that there is an absence of sound, abstinence from speech or noise, a void of mentioning a thing betraying a secret, quiet, quietness, or stillness.

Man must make a choice to do what God called them to fulfill, or deny God access to their heart, soul, mind and body. Many worry about getting their own family saved and the world is dying right around them. With God he says to take care of his business and he will take care of their loved ones, as one will reap what they sow.

Many think because they have been in church all of their lives that they are saved and most times they will never repent and accept Christ in their lives. They can be in the church all of their lives but not saved because they never confessed that they are a sinner. It is a difference between sleep and rest. Many that are in the church a lifetime is sleep concerning spiritual things because of their restful state. They lack a desire to know more of God and who he really is and they think that they already know him. What they do know is how to pray, plan a program, and process the praise, but it is just learned behavior.
